Enhancement of Plant Communities
Pacific OpenSpace enhances native plant communities through species enrichment with native trees, shrubs and perennials, as well as the seeding and establishment of native grasses.

Restoration of Disturbed Sites
Pacific OpenSpace plans and installs plant cover on sites that have disturbed as a result of construction. We work with residential and commercial developers, private landholders and government agencies. Pacific OpenSpace has successfully established plants on streambanks, cut and fill slopes, landfills, quarries, and mine tailings.

Vegetation Management
Pacific OpenSpace manages natural areas to enhance the native plant community, reduce noxious weeds, reduce wildfire hazard, and maximize the owner's use and enjoyment of their land. Pacific OpenSpace clears debris and dead organic matter that accumulates in natural areas. We remove dead branches from brush and woodlands and mulch buildup in grasslands. Enhancement also includes control of noxious weeds that invade native areas and compete with the natural vegetation.
